SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior VP of Sales and Operations, the Regional Manager will provide leadership to the Management team. Facilitate the execution of business strategies and establish and maintain an environment of growth and knowledge which achieves the desired customer experience of the company
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the annual business and strategic plan
Deliver budgeted sales, gross margin and operating profits for the business
Develop and execute the plans to achieve customer service quality goals
Execute visual merchandising plans and ensure the stores are maintained in a manner which enhances the brand
Develop an environment wherein the managers select, orient, train, motivate and manage our retail employee group
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous program management /operational experience desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, concern for process & quality and attention to detail.
Experience with extracting data from customer transaction database to analyze programs and make recommendations.
Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Access)
Knowledge in managing Mall or Power Strip based retail outlets
