Financial Reporting and analysis requirements including the production, interpretation and development of internal financial management and budget reports and statutory reporting requirements of external authorities.
The position will also play a key role in the preparation and documentation of accurate monthly financial statements and reports for Management and Executive review. This job is expected to refer or make recommendations on Change Management by improving the budgeting and forecasting processes as well as on Process Improvement by providing options for resolution of operational issues.
Registered Professional Accountant; CMA / CGA preferred with
minimum 5 years experience in an accounting / financial control
capacity with a minimum of 2 years experience in a regulated industry
Experience and proven analytical skills in the effective interpretation
and communication of financial results for all levels of management
and external authorities in a timely, accurate and reliable fashion
Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting
Principles) and regulatory statutory reporting
Knowledge of, and hands-on experience in J.D. Edwards Enterprise
One Financials
