Provide support to the Corporate Secretariat Department and Corporate Secretary.
Deliver effective services by organizing and scheduling workday; achieving service standards within established timeframes, maintain current electronic records.
Provide quality services to enhance corporate decision making excellence for meetings of Advisory Council, Board, Board Committees, Senior Management Team, Ministry Liaison by ensuring advance scheduling; coordinating logistics; distribution of agenda and related documents; and minutes of meetings.
MUST HAVE: Advanced computer skills; MS OFFICE, LOTUS, EXCEL, ADOBE with minimum 5 years experience in a Legal and/or Financial and/or Government setting.
