RESPONSIBILITIES
· Write company-specific research reports on the sector based on financial models
· Generating investment ideas, bringing insight and added value for institutional clients,
· Work closely with the internal sales force
· Develop relationships with institutional investors
· Present recommendations to clients through road shows and marketing trips
· Develop affinities with companies researched
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 7 years experience working within the energy industry
· Superior knowledge of oil and gas, with excellent technical understanding
· Excellent understanding of capital markets and valuation methodologies
· Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
· BA, CFA or equivalent qualification and an excellent academic background
· Engineering (B.eng), or Geology degree Bsc (geology) an asset.
· Team player with leadership qualities
